Terms Of Service

  • 1.1, Non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure all wedding bookings into my diary. Without this, your date will not be secure (email receipts to be sent).

  • 1.2, If booking cancelled within 3 months 50% of total due must be paid.
  • 1.3, If booking cancelled within 1 month then 75% of total due must be paid.

  • 1.4, If, as a result of unforeseen circumstances causes me cancelling your booking, the use of reasonable endeavours will be made to help you find an alternative hair stylist but the sole liability to you shall be to refund you any money you have paid to Katie Palmer ‘Head of Hair’.

  • 1.5, All prices are valid until September 2024.

  • 1.6, All other bookings non wedding, will require a non refundable booking fee of 50% of total quoted for the booking to secure the date into my diary.
